I love everything about this bed. It looks great, it is sturdy, it does not squeak like some other metal beds, and it is excellent value for the money! I looked at so many beds prior to deciding on this one. I just knew what I wanted…so I thought. I only wanted a curved footboard and headboard. I also wanted the headboard tall enough so that I could prop my pillows up on it without the pillows hiding a lot of the headboard. That was the plan, but when I saw this one, something about the look of this square bed with a shorter headboard really caught my attention. I gave it a try, and I am so glad I did. It looks so good in my bedroom! Instead of propping the pillows, I lay them flat, which I find to be a wonderful look for a platform bed! (This is my first platform bed). The instructions were clear, and I put it together by myself. Also, the company took great care with shipping. This item was so well-packaged, it seems it took me longer to unpackaged it than to assemble it…no kidding. There were no missing parts or tools, no damage, and it arrived earlier than expected.
