TLDR: Styrofoam individually wrapped. I never expected this level of customer service at this price point. The product far exceeded my expectations.I bought this bed in the gray full size for my 7 year old. The price point was originally the selling point. I bought him a loft bed last year, which he wanted, but he didn’t like it. So, the price point was main seller for me knowing he might find a problem with this one. I thought - hey, great looking bed for a little while.I got the bed delivered, expecting the hell that is the packaging for an item like this. My world was shook when I opened the box. THEY PUT STYROFOAM IN INDIVIDUAL SEALED BAGGIES. You guys, this was mind blowing. Everything arrived perfectly and there was no tiny styrofoam dust to vacuum or pick off the product. I would call this a pretty standard bed set up to construct. Not hard at all. I was shocked at the sturdiness of this very reasonably priced bed when I read my son a book tonight. In fact, I said to my husband maybe we should just get one in a king size (we recently ordered an expensive bed).This bed looks better in person than I thought it would. It’s way sturdier than I thought it would be. We’ve had it less than 24 hours, but I promise to update this if things go south. No news is good news.If you’re on the fence, I would go ahead and order this one. It’s very good looking, looks expensive, and my lord - styrofoam IN BAGGIES! My mind is totally blown in so many ways with the whole experience.Update!!I included a picture of my son’s room. Bed has been put together for many weeks, still sturdy…still love it.Got the King size and I could not be happier. It was easy-ish to instal, only issues was none of the parts had stickers so I had to guess sometimes if I was using the correct part.My only issue is the fabric on the top of the headboard is starting to sink alittle because my cat keeps sleeping up there, but I can’t fault the furniture, I fault my 10 pound cat.Highly recommend, great priceLoved the bed when it came in. Looks nice and I thought it was sturdy. The foot of the bed frame is broke in half so after a couple months it’s trash. Don’t buy unless for a guest room that’s not used often.We updated my grown daughters “child room” and wanted something updated to create a nice guest bedroom. Couldn’t be happier with the burnt orange color and how sturdy the bed seems. Easy to assemble once the pieces are identified. Great value for the price!Love the color and style but very difficult for me to assemble. Took about 3 hours, but worth the effort!We love this bed! Great value for price! Highly recommend! Looks great in the room!Eas to assemble. Sturdy, simple design which we wanted. Great product for the price!!!This is a great sturdy bed. It is shorter than I thought but not a problem once I got use to the difference of my former bed. Very easy to assemble as I did it on my own. My one and only complaint it where the frame attaches for the side the bolts come loose and I’ve had to reassemble that are twice. I’m not sure of it from activity because it’s not broken it just comes loose so be aware that may happen. Other than that fantastic bed and very pretty
