The blue is actually grey but it is still a nice bed. If you have a thick mattress, skip your box spring.Easy to setup! Sturdy! Paid $140 for blue full size and it was a great buy for my sonOverall it’s a good platform bed, I have a 12 inch mattress on here but I highly recommend buying a 10 inch cause the headboard is super short (a little disappointing) also the color of the bed is more yellowish than the picture , it looks way more ivory in the picture, that was definitely a bummer as I was going to a specific look but I guess this will do. This bed has the “t” metal support across the bottom of the bed instead of the usual little wooden sticks that most bed frames have a the bottom all in rows, which is what we needed as this will not break if we move the bed frame around. Very sturdy and super easy to build , I bought a king btw.NaWe had ordered a king size bed frame for king size bed (and no we did not accidentally choose the queen option lol) . There was some sort of mix up and I was not impressed and I am very frustrated because this was not a cheap bed frameThey gave us the option to return it but gave us no forewarning as to when they would come pick it up.On top of that, it was a 4-5 hour assembly and they could only pick it up during the week while we are working, so we do not have the time to spend 5 hours disassembling then bed frame.Not to mention the fact that the delivery was WEEKS late to begin with. So who knows how long we would have been without a bed frame on top of re-assembling the bed frame.One last thing, the small 6 inch wooden blocks that are on the end of each of the corners of the bed are very wobbly.I apologize for the rant, but I would look else where for a tufted bed frame, they aren’t cheap.I cannot get over how much I love this bed! It is absolutely beautiful, sturdy, well made and beyond easy to put together. I initially thought that the company had forgotten to include all the necessary hardware but most of the pieces are already in the frame and you just need to loosen them a bit with the included Allen wrench. I put the frame together by myself in about 30 minutes with zero frustration. Absolutely would recommend!!
